SOUTH BEND – A South Bend man charged with murdering his wife was in court Tuesday morning for the first time since the discovery of a body police have reason to believe is the woman he's accused of murdering.
Tarrance Lee is accused of killing Trina Winston and hiding her body.
A utility worker found a body in the Chicago area last week.
Autopsy results that could identify the body are not back yet.
During Tuesday's court hearing in South Bend, attorneys on both sides said they're ready for trial.
Lee's trial is scheduled to start November 13, two weeks from today.
