Westfield lifts water restrictions for all customers Tuesday

City officials said the restrictions were lifted due to cooler temperatures and steady rainfall over the past month.

The City of Westfield announced Tuesday that imposed water restrictions were lifted for all water customers.

City officials said the restrictions were lifted due to cooler temperatures and steady rainfall over the past month.

“The City of Westfield would like to thank the water customers of Westfield, and the water customers served in Noblesville, for significantly reducing their water usage and lessening the strain on the water distribution system,” said city officials in a news release.

Although the ban has been lifted, the city asks customers to continue to monitor their water usage and conserve water when possible.
