MISHAWAKA – The case against a woman accused of playing a role in the murders of a Mishawaka couple is expected to move forward this morning.

Matthew and Lisa Clippinger were shot and killed in their home on 11th street in June.

Jennifer Leveque, 40, is accused of being a getaway driver and providing her boyfriend with the gun. Leveque is due in court this morning for what's called a record date.

The man accused in the murders, Steven Clippinger, appeared in court Monday. A new trial date was set for January.

Police say Clippinger killed his brother and sister-in-law after an argument over a gun. He has already served time in prison for a previous murder.
