SOUTH BEND – Believe it or not! It's December 4, and again we saw temperatures in the 60s.
WSBT meteorologist Abby Weppler says at 1:56 a.m., the temperature at the South Bend Regional Airport was 64 degrees. That ties the record high for this day.
A cold front moved through South Bend early Tuesday morning, which should only allow the mercury to rise into the mid 50s during the day, so the 64 was expected to be the high for the day.
