MISHAWAKA – We have some new information about other properties owned by the landlord of a condemned apartment building in Mishawaka.

Randy Miller owns at least three properties that are in foreclosure.

Last week, city leaders found Miller's Princess City Apartments unsafe.

Miller is also the owner of the Marathon station at the corner of Cleveland and Capital Roads, according to tax records.

The gas station opened in the fall of 2011 and is now closed.

The future of that property was part of a case in circuit court on Monday.

WSBT has learned the property was put into receivership.

That means a manager has been appointed to handle the finances for the property.

The American Red Cross continues to help people who were forced out of their homes after the Princess City Apartments were condemned.
