Police dispatchers say a woman drove into the Essenhaus restaurant in Middlebury Thursday night.
This happened just after 3:30 p.m. There are no injuries, but a manager told WSBT the car actually went inside the building when it struck near the bakery.
The car has already been removed and a construction crew is working to repair the damage, according to a WSBT reporter at the scene.
