SOUTH BEND – It looks like the new year will bring a new tenant to the former Bosch building in South Bend.
Curtis Products is hoping to move there.
Right now, the tube bending company is located in 4 different buildings in the Monroe Park area.
It's hoping to move its 300-plus employees to one location at the old Bosch plant.
Bosch moved all of its employees out at the end of October but is still maintaining the property.
On Thursday, South Bend's Redevelopment Commission is expected to approve the Curtis lease.
The company hopes the move will allow it to expand, invest in new equipment and add jobs.
Curtis Products plans to make the move by May 1, 2013.
