UPDATE: 15-year sentence in Penn High School voyeurism case

He told the court he made a mistake and asked for forgiveness.  But federal judge Jon DeGuilio told former Penn High School janitor Robert Troup the victims he secretly taped in a boys’ swimming pool locker room won’t recover anytime soon.
